I was given the opportunity by Aesaert to create a lifestyle campaign around the collection. I wanted the images to resonate with the elegant, feminine and minimalistic style of Aesaert. We used the rough but serene background of Normandy – although this region is well known for its historical importance, the landscapes and the North Sea create a calm scenery that translates the brand very well.

Using the leftovers of Griet's leather, we constructed our own set props such as our boat, embodying the brand's commitment to ecology and no-waste.

The final shots are a collection of carefully composed images that radiate serenity and tranquility.
